Booking Information and Policies (Please read carefully before booking)

Booking Process

After you book a session and the date,time and location has been confirmed by me an invoice will be sent to pay the deposit.IF YOU DO NOT PAY THE INVOICE WITHIN 48-72 hours YOU WILL NOT HAVE A SESSION/APPOINTMENT.

I will not hold dates or times unless a deposit is paid in full.When booking a session it is important to put an updated phone number, email and legal name in case I have to contact you.

Contracts

It is very important. that once your session is confirmed that you sign and thoroughly read through the contract.Make sure you understand everything or ask questions before signing and dating the contract.Everything that the session will choose will be on the contract.If you do not sign the contract the session will not be approved and you will have to go through the booking process again.

Cancellation Policies

I do understand things may happen and life gets in the way sometimes which may cause you cancel.I DO ASK THAT YOU CANCEL/RESCHEDULE NOTIFY AT LEAST 48 HOURS BEFORE THE SESSION.PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT SLOTS ARE VARIABLE AND THERE MAY BE SOMEONE IN LINE WAITING FOR THAT SLOT.

IF YOU CANCEL A SESSION WITH ME TWICE YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BOOK WITH ME AGAIN.

Late Policies

It is extremely important to be on time.If you could I do ask you to arrive at least 10 minutes early if possible because some areas for outdoors may require you to walk or even finding a place to park could take longer than expected some times. I understand if you are running behind 5 -10 minutes ,but if you are late 30-45 MINUTES OVER YOUR SCHEDULED TIME,I will have to reschedule. I won't charge a fee for that but a reschedule or a cancellation will be in place of that.

Reschedule

I understand sometimes things happen and life gets in the way but if for some reason you need to reschedule please notify me 48 hours ahead of time. The sooner you notify me the better ,because I will be able to get you other dates that could work for you.Some things we can't control like the weather, if it rains I will reschedule you session automatically.

Traveling Fee

If the session is over 45-60 minutes there will be a $35 traveling fee adding to your booking total.If I am traveling 4 hours or more by car there will be a $80-$100 traveling fee added to your booking total.If I have to stay overnight for any reason for an event ,wedding, etc. the traveling cost will vary and discussed in the contract.If I am already in that area the day of your session for another event or session there will not be a traveling fee added.
